Corrects stated acreage (2.50 rather than 2.58); provides for the site plan of June 27, 2007, and the written description of June 6, 2007; includes recommended PUD conditions (development to proceed in accordance with memorandum; any permitted use other than a fitness center to be approved through minor modification; prior to building permit issuance, applicant is to contribute $5,000 to the Parks, Recreation, Entertainment, and Conservation Dept., with said department to appropriate $2,500 for maintenance of parks maintained by the Mandarin Athletic Association and another $2,500 for maintenance of parks maintained by the Mandarin Sports Association).
