Provides for the revised site plan of June 15, 2007; includes recommended PUD conditions (development to proceed in accordance with memoranda; new off-site signage not permitted; existing off-site signage may continue and the sign face may be replaced, but not the sign structure).

Omits prohibition concerning redemption of won points or coupons for alcohol or tobacco products, or for cash or cash-equivalent prizes that can be exchanged off-premises for merchandise at other businesses; revises signage requirements concerning minimum odds of winning and minimum payout ratio, and requires posting of signs advertising a gambling addiction hotline; requires each establishment to have at least 20 games or machines that cost no more than ten cents per play; includes prohibition relative to sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages; clarifies that provisions apply to both lessees and lessors.
