CITY COUNCIL AGENDA MEETING MINUTES

Attendance: Council President Corrigan, Council Members Graham, Daniels, Clark, Yates, Davis, Alvarez, M. Jones, Fussell and W. Jones, Council Member-Elect Redman

The meeting was called to order at 1:32 p.m.

Council Member Daniels gave the Rules Committee report.

Council Member Clark gave the Audit Committee report.

Council Member Fussell gave the TEUS Committee report.

Council Member Jones gave the ECID Committee report.

Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy gave the Finance Committee report.

Assistant General Counsel Dylan Reingold gave the LUZ Committee report.

Via the General Counsel’s Office, Council Member Lockett-Felder requested withdrawal of Ordinance 2007-550, and appropriation of $100,000 from the Executive Operating Reserve Fund to the Jacksonville Children’s Commission.

Floor amendments are anticipated to be offered for the following bills: 2007-85, -168, -637, -643, -558, and -676.

An addendum to the agenda of 6 new introductions (2007-778 to 2007-783), one item of unfinished business (Ordinance 2007-255) and one quasi-judicial ordinance public hearing (Ordinance 2006-653) was approved.

At the conclusion of the meeting, President Corrigan presented his executive council assistant with a crystal vase in thanks for her year of service at the Secretary to the Council President.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:50 p.m.
