completion; provides for initial funding by JEA, with limitations and subject
to cost recovery; includes a section concerning assessments; makes other
technical and clarifying changes.
07-579 Amendment Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 which
revises the Industrial Preservation map.
07-592 Substitute Includes an additional recital; recognizes
current disaster recovery plan set out in the Duval County Comprehensive
Emergency Management Plan (June 2006), and urges the responsible parties to
recommend enhancement to said plan; omits language concerning incorporation, by

07-610 Amendment Clarifies certain references to
project name (New Kings Road Pedestrian/Vehicle Railroad Crossing Grade
Project).
07-633 Amendment Deletes certain Ordinance Code
provisions providing for the transfer of revenues received as to events and
activities already held in Metropolitan Park from the Special Events Trust Fund
into the Metropolitan Park Maintenance and Improvements Fund; requires that all
dock slip rental fees collected from Metropolitan Park Marina during the
2006-2007 fiscal year, and deposited in a specified account, be deposited in a
specified Metropolitan Park Maintenance and Improvement Fund account.
07-644 Amendment Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1
(Fair Share Assessment Application and Contract) which corrects the fair share
amount, the legal description and acreage, and adds account information to the
contract; states the acreage as 29.11± (rather than 16.63±) and the fair share
assessment amount as $90,236 (rather than ($108,710).
07-646 Amendment Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1
(Fair Share Assessment Application and Contract) which adds account information
to the contract.
07-647 Amendment Adds the Legislative Fact Sheet to
the file.
07-648 Amendment Includes an additional ordinance
(2006-12143-E) as previously appropriating funds; provides for a Revised
Exhibit 1 (agreement) which adds an exhibit; authorizes procurement of the
services of Intracoastal, stating that such procurement is exempted from
competitive solicitation.
07-649 Amendment Increases the stated amount of the
appropriation ($159,705 rather than $158,705); provides for Revised Exhibits 1
and 2, which are the corrected scope of work and CIP page.
07-650 Amendment States these funds are in addition
to the $50,000 funded by Ordinance 2006-313-E.
07-652 Amendment Revises criteria; places on file the
Planning and Development Dept. Mandarin Road Overlay Study dated June 2007;
provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (visual depiction of overlay area).
07-654 Amendment Accepts (rather than adopts) the
Report of the Affordable and Workforce Housing Task Force; authorizes the
Housing and Neighborhoods Dept. to study (rather than implement) the
recommendations in said report; requires periodic reports to Council regarding
review and recommendations for the future (rather than implementation of the
recommendations).
07-657 Amendment Removes the Office of Council
Auditor from the list of governmental units directed to identify implementation
strategies; corrects a scrivener’s error in the title (“an” rather than “a”).
07-666 Amendment States that a list of certified
Community Housing Development Organizations approved for construction pool
funds is attached as Exhibit 4 and attaches said exhibit.
07-667 Amendment Corrects a scrivener’s error
(“millage” rather than “mileage”); provides for a Second Revised Exhibit 1
which better identifies the proposed organizational plan.
07-668 Substitute Increases the stated appropriated amount
from $200,000 to $379,425.90; specifies the portion of
