with the Development Services transportation memorandum dated August 27,
2008, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department
& FDOT; the property shall comply
with all provisions of the Zoning Code, including Part 6 regarding parking,
Part 12 regarding landscaping and tree protection, and limitations regarding
noise in the Industrial Light Zoning District; the uses on the property shall be screened
from public rights-of-way, and the quality of materials and workmanship of
all screening fences shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning
and Development Department. |
