Per the Office of General Counsel, the Amendment
adds the following conditions to the PUD:
development shall be subject to the transportation memorandum dated
October 15, 2007, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development
Department; the day care use shall be limited to no more than 75 children;
the site shall be developed in accordance with the Landscape and Tree
Protection regulations in Part 12 of the Zoning Code, except that the required
buffer between uncomplementary uses along the east and west property lines
may be five feet where contiguous to the proposed vehicle use areas; the fence on Luke Street shall comply with
the yard requirements in the Zoning Code;
a shared parking agreement with the community center for employee
parking shall be recorded pursuant to Section 656.607 and shall be submitted
to the Planning and Development Department at the time of verification of
substantial compliance of the PUD; and there shall be no more than 25
children in the outside recreation area at any one time. |
