the Office of General Counsel, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD
Written Description dated April 21, 2008, and a revised PUD Site Plan dated
April 18, 2008, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: development shall be subject to the
Development Services Division transportation memorandum dated October 15,
2007, and FDOT approval, or as otherwise approved by FDOT and the Planning
and Development Department; disclosure
regarding the proximity to the firing range/gun club shall be identified on
the plats and disclosed in the sales documentation; maximum lot coverage
shall not exceed 50 percent; prior to
verification of substantial compliance of the PUD, an amenity plan for the
recreation area shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning
and Development Department; the entry road shall be sixty feet wide and
