2007, and adds the following conditions to the proposed Planned Unit
Development District: the development
shall be subject to the Development Services Division Memorandum dated
February 21, 2008 (with conditions #1 and #8 of that memo deleted), or as
otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department and the
Engineering Division; and the original contribution toward offsite roadway
improvements to San Pablo Road (over and above any Fair Share contributions)
shall be reduced by $35,000 to $215,000 and payable at the time the Fair
Share contributions are paid. |

contained in IRS Publication 78 shall be classified to receive the user fee
reduction on the initial invoice without further application; provides for
the date of Council approval relative to the Adjustment and Credit Manual;

Council; includes a section providing an obligation to fund certain user fee
