six months of occupancy; At the time of verification of substantial
compliance, a determination shall be made by the Planning and Development
Department and the Jacksonville Transportation Authority whether a bus
shelter is warranted. If warranted,
construction of the bus shelter shall begin within 90 days of the
determination and completed within 120 days of the determination; The maximum
building height shall be 45 feet; Enrollment of more than 300 students shall
be reviewed and approved through the minor modification process. |
