(F) Authorizes conveyance of approximately .045 acres or 1,967 square feet (rather than approximately .078 acres or 3,484 square feet); reflects that the appraised value is $4,000; provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (map) showing a reduction of acreage and removal of waterfront property; requires that Gary and Beverly Keys pay for appraisal by City Real Estate in advance of the appraisal; requires that funds from the sale of the land be placed in a park replacement fund specifically for North Shore Park.

Per the Office of General Counsel, the amendment attaches a Final Order which DENIES the Appeal and GRANTS the variance to increase an accessory structure to 1,800 square feet at 14918 Reef Drive West in Council District 11, subject to the following conditions:  the structure shall not be used for residential uses;  the windows along the southern property line shall be opaque; and the building shall be architecturally similar to the primary structure; provided, however that the exterior may be all vinyl siding.

Corrects road name (Raines “Vikings” Way rather than Raines “Viking” Way); appropriates funds from a Council District 10 Autumn Bond account (rather than a Special Council Contingency account).

Strikes sections invoking exception, approving contract and authorizing contract execution, waiving construction bond, and requesting emergency passage; provides for a Second Revised Exhibit 1 (proposal/scope of services); specifies that funds are appropriated to a Wingate Park-Batting Cage and Pavilion account (to be determined); requests that the Procurement Division solicit bids; requires project oversight by the Recreation and Community Services Dept. and inspection oversight by the Public Works Dept. at no cost; amends the CIP to increase project funding; attaches CIP documentation.
