The meeting was called to
order at 3:07 p.m. by Council President Fussell.
Council Member Yarborough
reviewed the PHS Committee’s bills actions from its meeting.
Council Member Corrigan reviewed the Finance
Committee’s actions from its meeting.
Council Member Webb reviewed
the Rules Committee’s actions from its meeting.
Council Member Graham
reviewed the LUZ Committee’s actions from its meeting.
Council Member Bishop reviewed
the TEU Committee’s actions from its meeting, noting that the committee had
adopted an amendment to 2009-314 that differed slightly from the Finance
Committee amendment.
Assistant Council Auditor
Janice Billy reported that the RCD Committee’s bills were all covered by
previous reports.
President Fussell noted that
with several excused absences and an early departure, the council would need to
be attentive to keeping a quorum present at all times.
There being no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:13 p.m.
