the Office of General Counsel, the Amendment GRANTS the Sign Waiver for a
Church at 3423 Loretto Road subject to the following conditions: the sign, other than the electronic message
component, shall be externally illuminated; the LED component shall display
only static messages, which messages shall change no more frequently than
once every three minutes; the messages shall change and be displayed without
the use of scrolling, rotating, zooming, flashing, or any other form of
animation; the LED component shall use only amber lights; the LED component
shall not be illuminated between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. |
