Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following condition to the PUD: (1) The Development shall be prohibited from using the Floridan Aquifer for irrigation and shall be required to connect to reuse water when available.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment attaches a revised PUD written description, dated July 27, 2010, and a revised PUD site plan, dated August 2, 2010, and adds the following condition to the PUD: (1) The required transportation improvements shall be made in accordance with the Development Services Memorandum dated June 15, 2010, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.

(Finance) Incorporates the provisions of the RCD amendment; amends Section 111.105(b), Ordinance Code, relative to the Neighborhood Services Community Activities Trust Fund, to require Council approval for aggregate fiscal year spending on operational expenses in excess of $25,000; revises title to reflect Ordinance Code amendment.

(RCD) Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (agreement); states that programming funds will be deposited into the Neighborhood Services Community Activities Trust Fund and that capital donations will be appropriated through legislation and approved by Council.
