Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment (1) changes the reference from “irrigation” to “irrigation systems”; (2) changes the reference from “water source” to “approved water source”, (3) changes the provisions concerning the Low Water Use Zone, to strike the phrase “Because of the relatively high water requirements of turfgrass, no presently available varieties are included in this zone.” and insert the phrase “Because of the relatively high water requirements of turfgrass, no presently available varieties are included in this zone. Because of the tendency to maintain turfgrass with supplemental watering, turfgrass shall not be permitted in this zone.”; (3) changes the nozzle spray requirements from “seventy-five percent spray radius” to “fifty percent spray diameter”; and (4) adds the word “hose” before the word “vacuum.”

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment grants the waiver, subject to the following conditions: (1) A thirty-five-foot wide non-revocable access easement benefitting the waterfront parcel, RE 105974-0010, and burdening parcel 105973-0000 shall be recorded; and (2) There shall be no more than one principal residence on parcel 105973-0000 (in addition to the existing guest house on the parcel which has approximately 816 square feet heated/cooled area and a 224 square foot carport) and no more than one principal residence on parcel 105974-0010.

Amendment

Deletes grants from the list of monies to be deposited into the Victim Assistance Advisory Council Trust Fund; authorizes disbursements of up to $10,000 per year without further Council approval.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The required transportation improvements shall be made in accordance with the Development Services Division memorandum, dated May 18, 2010, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; and (2) At Verification of Substantial Compliance, the Developer shall submit an active recreation amenity plan subject to the review and approval of the Planning and Development Department.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) Development of the property shall proceed in accordance with the Development Services Division memorandum, dated May 18, 2010, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; and (2) Any exterior alterations to the existing structure shall be sought through a Minor Modification.

Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following condition to the PUD: (1) Transportation improvements shall be made in accordance with the Development Services Division memorandum, dated May 18, 2010, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.

Per OGC, the Substitute changes the rezoning request from PUD to RLD-60 to a rezoning request from PUD to RLD-80.

Increases the grant funding from $4,276,399 to $5,127,617.45; provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (BT) to correct account numbers; provides for a Revised Exhibit 2 (BT) to increase appropriation and correct account numbers; provides for a Revised Exhibit 3 (subgrant agreement) to add the additional grant scope of services.

Deletes language requesting emergency passage; attaches BT as Exhibit 1; re-labels former Exhibit 1 (minutes) as Exhibit 2; includes a new Section 6 approving a First Amendment to University of North Florida Research Agreement, attaching said document as Exhibit 3, and authorizing execution and further action; places the University of North Florida Research Agreement approved in Ordinance 2008-1059-E on file; revises title to reflect changes and to reflect funds carryover.

Per OGC, the Amendment grants the waiver, subject to the following conditions: (1) The Applicant shall have a mailbox with the address clearly posted of the Applicant’s home on Jones Road; and (2) Prior to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy, the Applicant shall record an easement for access at least 30 feet in width connected to Jones Road.
