Amendment

Revises use of the term “technical amendments” to include, but not be limited to, legal descriptions and surveys, ingress and egress, easements and rights-of-way, design standards, access, and site plan.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions: (1) Development shall proceed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated March 18, 2010; (2) A four (4) foot high masonry wall shall be provided to the west of the 5 westerly parking spaces subject to the review and approval of the Planning and Development Department; (3) Outdoor speakers shall be prohibited except as otherwise required by the fire code; (4) The hours of operation shall be limited to 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM; and (5) No deliveries shall occur before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM.

Attaches a copy of the Subcontractor’s Agreement between River Region Human Services, Inc., and the Fourth Judicial Circuit Adult Drug Court as Exhibit 3.
