Substitute

Per OGC, the Substitute establishes an appeal process with a 14 day appeal period and the posting of signs for any change to the Future Land Use Map or Zoning Atlas due to a bona fide error.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment grants the waiver subject to the following conditions: (1) Prior to issuance of a building permit or final plat approval, Taylor Estates Lane shall be improved from Pritchard Road to the most southerly proposed lot with a graded stabilized travel surface, either gravel, coquina or crushed crete, at least 20 feet wide, with roadside swales or ditches that provide for positive drainage. All proposed roadway and drainage improvements shall be subject to review and approval of the Development Services Division of the Planning and Development Department; (2) Prior to issuance of a building permit or plat approval, the existing private road easement of Taylor Estates Lane shall be widened to at least 50 feet and extended to the southern property line; (3) A cul-de-sac or turn around area on Taylor Estates Lane shall be provided, subject to review and approval of the Traffic Review Section of the Development Services Division; (4) The most northerly lot fronting on Pritchard Road shall be accessed from Taylor Estates Lane; (5) The addresses for each lot shall be clearly identified at the intersection of Taylor Estates Lane and Pritchard Road; (6) Prior to issuance of a building permit or final plat approval, a common roadway maintenance agreement shall be recorded over the entire property, or each parcel, subject to review and approval of the Office of General Counsel and the Planning and Development Department; and (7) Prior to issuance of a building permit or final plat approval, an owner authorization or proof of ownership of Taylor Estates Lane shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning and Development Department and the Office of General Counsel.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) Both a lighting and landscape plan shall be provided at the time of PUD verification for review and approval by the Planning and Development Department; (2) Development shall proceed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated October 21, 2008, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department and the Florida Department of Transportation; (3) The one double-faced, or two single-faced, monument sign shall not exceed 32 square feet in area; and (4) A buffer meeting the requirements of Section 656.1216 of the Ordinance Code shall be provided along the east property line.

Per OGC, the Amendment denies the appeal of Application E-09-54, approving a car washer on the property located at 25 West 4th Street and a portion of 1424 Main Street.

Provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (miscellaneous appropriations agreement with JALA for the community-based foreclosure center) to correct the scope of services to provide funding of 80% of 2 attorneys’ salaries through September 30, 2011, and to correct dates to include 2011.
