The meeting came to order at
3:30 p.m., and Mr. John Crofts took everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
10-817 Proposed amendment
includes conditions; Mr. Reingold advised that he will suggest revised conditions, and that he has
made Mr. Charles Mann, who will be in attendance for Mr. Paul Harden (agent), aware of this
10-847 Planning and
Development Department has a presentation; it is anticipated that the consultant and other involved parties
will be present
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:34 p.m.
