This summary is a preliminary report of action taken by the LUZ Committee.  The language of all amendments and substitutes is not final until confirmed by the official LUZ Transcript and filed with the Office of Legislative Services prior to the City Council meeting.

The Committee Chair, John Crescimbeni, called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.  For the benefit of those present, Mr. Reingold read a statement concerning general committee procedure.  The committee took the following actions:
