The Committee Chair, John
Crescimbeni, called the meeting to order at 3:31 p.m., and he asked Mr. John
Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested
committee actions.

the bill will be deferred; the Rules Committee has scheduled a special meeting for October 25, 2010,
to discuss this item; the Chair advised that he has asked for consideration to make that a joint meeting with the
LUZ Committee
10-784 The Chair asked if a
formal hearing has been requested; staff will review and provide an answer

business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
