Kelly, Steve Smith, and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane
Lahmeur, Sharonda Davis, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, John
Crescimbeni, called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m., and he asked Mr. John
Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested
committee actions.
Changes, additions, and comments
concerning the agenda as marked included:
10-373 Mr. Reingold stated
that meetings are taking place and that this item should be ready for action in two weeks

denial and will be available to provide history

contacted and should be present

addressed and continuation is requested
10-587 Denial has been
recommended, and Mr. Kelly advised that the applicant has requested withdrawal; C/M Redman stated that the
community prefers that this item be approved or denied rather than withdrawn and the Chair advised him to make a
motion at the committee meeting for
consideration
10-594 Mr. Crofts indicated
that, given proposed changes, the Planning and Development Dept. is in support
10-626 Additional conditions
may be proposed
10-628 District C/M has
requested continuation
10-656 Opposition anticipated
and inquiry was made concerning equal time for each side; Mr. Reingold advised that this raises due
process issues, and the Chair stated a desire to be fair to all parties; the Chair will meet with Mr. Reingold
prior to the meeting to discuss this;
the item may be considered early in the meeting if the District C/M is present
10-696 District C/M has
requested continuation

business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
