MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, September 21,2010.  The meeting was called to order at 5:04 P.M. by Committee Chair John Crescimbeni.  The meeting was recessed from 6:47 P.M. to 7:05 P.M..  The Chair adjourned the meeting at 8:51 P.M.
