Crofts, Sean Kelly, and Folks Huxford, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane
Lahmeur, Jessica Stephens, and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Ray Holt,
called the meeting to order at 3:46 p.m.
He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-530 Companion legislation
to 10-394; anticipate consideration at next meeting
10-253 Staff will be present
at meeting to explain provisions on the record and discuss pending amendments
10-311 May be deferred if
issues not resolved
10-314 Planning and
Development Dept. recommendation of approval noted
10-316 Chair stated intent to
defer, as sign posting requirements not met
10-386 and 10-387 Proposed
amendments revise acreage and exhibits
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:59 p.m.
