The Committee Chair, Ray Holt,
called the meeting to order at 3:47 p.m.
He asked Mr. John Crofts to take everyone through the marked agenda
containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-91 A proposed amendment is
to be considered by the Planning Commission
09-402 Consideration at next
meeting anticipated
09-751 Proposed amendment
includes conditions and a revised written description
09-864 Public hearing to be
closed and the item readvertised
09-931 No conditions have
been recommended
10-29 Withdrawal has been
requested
It was noted that the
committee workshop on 2010-37 has been scheduled for today at 4:30 p.m.
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:53 p.m.
