MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, January 20,2010.  The meeting was called to order at 5:07 P.M. by Committee Chair Ray Holt.  The meeting adjourned at 5:23 P.M.
