MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, January 05,2010.  The meeting was called to order at 5:10 P.M. and a break was called at 7:22 thru 7:35 by Committee Chair Ray Holt.  The meeting adjourned at 7:52 P.M.
