The meeting came to order at
9:32 a.m., and Mr. Costigan took everyone through the marked agenda containing
the suggested committee actions.

As noted on the front page of
the agenda, Ms. Sherry Hall will discuss a proposed emergency resolution to
revise the Duval County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan.
