Attendance: Committee Member Clay Yarborough (acting as Chair); Council Member Glorious Johnson; Janice Billy, Phillip Peterson, and Sean Costigan, Office of Council Auditor; Peggy Sidman, Office of General Counsel; Juliette Williams and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Sherry Hall and Lisa Rinaman, Office of the Mayor

The Acting Chair, Clay Yarborough, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m., and he asked Mr. Costigan to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.

Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:

10-616 Deferral has been requested by the Ethics Officer; C/M Johnson noted that this would allow recommendations from the Ethics Commission to be considered concurrent with the legislation

The meeting was adjourned at 9:34 a.m.
