Attendance: Committee Vice Chair Jack Webb (acting as
Chair) ; Committee Members Bill Bishop and Clay Yarborough; Heather Norsworthy
and Sean Costigan, Office of Council Auditor; Peggy Sidman, Office of General
Counsel; Philip Zamarron and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Sherry Hall,
Office of the Mayor
The Acting Chair, Jack Webb,
called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m.
He inquired as to the number
of appointments, and was advised that the only appointment for consideration is
Resolution 2010-468 (appointing Mr. Gordon Robbie to the Council on Elder
Affairs). He then asked Ms. Norsworthy
to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee
actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-198 Ms. Norsworthy advised
that withdrawal is being requested by C/M Gaffney
10-299 As the date has past,
the Acting Chair indicated that this item might be considered for withdrawal
10-420 In response to
inquiry, it was unknown if C/M Johnson would be present at the committee meeting; the Acting Chair stated that the item
would be considered, but may be deferred if
she is not in attendance
The meeting was adjourned at
9:37 a.m.
