The Acting Committee Chair, Michael
Corrigan, called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m. and he proceeded to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
10-129 Deferral anticipated
10-194 Will be the first item
for consideration, per the Acting Chair
10-196 Deferral has been
requested
10-233 It was noted that
emergency action has been requested, and the Acting Chair indicated that this will be a matter of discussion at
the committee meeting. C/M Bishop
inquired as to why this bill is
before the Rules Committee and was advised that it is due to the requested waivers.
