Pursuant to Council Rules, the committee gave consideration to a waiver of Section 106.106(i), Ordinance Code, relative to Ordinance 2010-54 (appropriating funds from the Southbank Tax Increment District for improvements to Friendship Fountain and the surrounding area).  This bill has not been assigned to the Rules Committee, and a waiver is being proposed concerning the year-end General Fund recapture.  A motion to approve the waiver failed on a vote of 3-2.
