The Committee Chair, Art
Shad, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and he proceeded to take everyone
through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
09-883 Withdrawal to be
considered, as this item has been withdrawn at the Delegation level
09-926 Ms. Sidman explained
the bill, with the Chair noting that major revisions were made to towing fees and related charges a few
years ago
09-948 The Chair inquired as
to whether this legislation is tied to a J-bill, and was advised that it is not
10-41 Will be considered
early in the meeting
10-51 Ms. Sidman noted the
pending lawsuit relative to this issue
The meeting was adjourned at
