Attendance:  Committee Chair Art Shad; Committee Member Clay Yarborough; Heather Norsworthy, Phillip Peterson, Sean Costigan, and Kirk Sherman, Office of Council Auditor; Peggy Sidman and Loree French, Office of General Counsel; Marilyn Allen and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council; Sherry Hall, Office of the Mayor; Susan Stewart, Duval Legislative Delegation Coordinator

The Committee Chair, Art Shad, called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. and he proceeded to take everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.

Changes, additions, and comments concerning the agenda as marked included:

09-894 The Chair inquired as to the deadline for placing an item on the ballot, and the        information is to be obtained

09-921 The Chair advised that this item will be considered early in the agenda if Jerry Holland,      Supervisor of Elections, is present at the meeting

09-927  The Chair asked whether someone would be present at the meeting to address the            request for emergency action, and his Executive Council Assistant will inquire

09-944  It was noted that an amendment may be requested

The meeting was adjourned at 9:36 a.m.
