Attendance: Council Members Yarborough (Chair), Don Redman; Janice Billy - Council Auditor’s Office; Sherry Hall and Bob Johnson – Mayor’s Office; Margaret Sidman, Cherry Shaw and Dylan Reingold - Office of General Counsel; Marilyn Allen - Legislative Services Division; Jeff Clements - Council Research Division; Jody McDaniel – Recreation and Community Services Department; BeLinda Gearis and Alison Miller - ECAs

The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.

Chairman Yarborough reviewed the marked agenda provided by the Council Auditor’s Office.

2010-517 (restructuring City mortgage with the HELP Center) will be withdrawn at the request of the Mayor.

2010-855 (amendment to Interlocal Agreement with Town of Baldwin for fire and rescue services) will be deferred, but Bob Johnson of the Mayor’s Office will be present if there should be any questions.

Historic preservation officer Joel McEachin and OGC attorney Cherry Shaw will be present to discuss 2010-857 (historic preservation ad valorem tax exemption for 1331 N. Laura Street)

There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:32 p.m.
