Attendance: Council Members Yarborough (Chair), Don Redman; Janice Billy, Council Auditor’s Office; Sherry Hall, Administration; Margaret Sidman, Office of General Counsel; Lindsey Ballas and Eric Lindstrom, Jacksonville Economic Development Commission ; Shannon Hewett; Tyra Tutor; Marilyn Allen, Legislative Svcs; John J. Jackson, Council Research Division.
The meeting was called to order at 3:31 p.m.
The Chair asked Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy to review the items on the agenda ready for action, items that were going to be deferred and those items that were to be seconded and re-referred.
The Chair asked if there was going to be anyone at the Committee meeting to address and field any questions on Item #2, ORD 2010-768, auth Redev Agreemt & Allocation of Dev Rights Agreemt among City, JEDC & Main Street Development, Inc re retail space downtown. Eric Lindstrom, JEDC, would be present.
Assistant Council Auditor Billy indicated that Item #4, ORD 2010-795, Auth Joint Use Agreemt with Twin Hills Civic Assn, Inc, had been deferred by the Rules Committee.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:33 p.m.
