The meeting was called to order at 3:35 p.m.
The Chair reviewed the agenda, indicating what particular items were ready for action (6 items), deferred (2 items) or seconded and re-referred (3 items). Item #1, ORD-MC 2010-326, Estab New Chapt 149 (Prohibition on Use of Slot Machine-Like Spinning Reels, Video Displays or Similar Technology to Display the Results of a Raffle, Sweepstakes, Contest or Other Promotion (Hyde), was being substituted and re-referred.
At the request of the Council Auditor, the Chair is deferring action on Item #7, ORD 2010-722, Approp $49,500 from Tree Protection & Related Expenses Trust Fund to Plant 3,500 Trees along Jax-Baldwin Trail (Lee); the Council Auditor had just received the legislation and did not have an opportunity to review it.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:37 p.m.
