The meeting was called to order at 3:34 p.m.
The Chair reviewed the agenda indicating that there were 6 items ready for action, 3 items being deferred and 6 items being seconded and re-referred. The Chair indicated that Council Member Jones would be at the Committee meeting to field any questions on Item # 4, RESO 2010-670, City Support for Appl by Youth in Action Center, Inc. CDC to Participate in Fla Community Contribution Tax Cred Prog to Construct & Operate a Redev Proj. The redevelopment project is located in a Durkeeville neighborhood.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:36 p.m.
