The meeting was called to order at 3:31 p.m.
The Chair reviewed the marked agenda prepared by the Council Auditors Office noting that 3 items were ready for action, four were being deferred and the remaining 8 were being seconded and re-referred. The Chair noted that Item #1, ORD-MC 2010-326, Estab New Chapt 149 (Prohibition on the Use of Slot Machine-Like Spinning Reels, Video Displays or Similar Technology to Display the Results of a Raffle, Sweepstakes, Contest or Other Promotion), was being deferred at the request of the bill’s sponsor, Council Member Hyde.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:33 p.m.
