The meeting was called to order at 1:35 p.m.
The Chair reviewed the agenda indicating that there were six items ready for action; three items being deferred; and the remaining three items were being seconded and re-referred.
The Chair inquired about the amendment to ORD 2010-219, Auth an Economic Dev Agreemt bet City, JEDC & Lender Processing Services, Inc. Janice Billy and Joe Whitaker explained that there were several typographical (scriveners) errors and a misstatement in the Agreement that had to be corrected and clarified.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:37 p.m.
