The meeting was called to order at 1:40 p.m.
The Chair reviewed the agenda indicating that there were three items ready for action; five items being deferred; and the remaining four items were being seconded and re-referred.
Council Member Johnson explained the amended ORD 2010-173, Approp $112,500 from Spec Council Operating Contingency Fund for Jax Area Legal Aid to Assist with Foreclosures & Represent Clients in those Actions. United Way would be providing funding to compensate the two lawyers and staff.
Margaret Sidman advised the Committee that the amendment for ORD 2010-220, Auth an Economic Dev Agreemt bet City, JEDC & Digital Risk, was the same amendment approved by the Finance Committee.
