Attendance: Council Member Gaffney (Chair); Janice Billy Council Auditor’s Office; Sherry Hall, Administration; Margaret Sidman, Office of General Counsel; Wight Greger, James Richardson, Housing & Neighborhoods Department; Marilyn Allen, Legislative Svcs; John J. Jackson, Council Research Division.
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m.
The Chair reviewed the agenda, indicating that three items were ready for action, one item was being deferred and the remaining three items were being seconded and re-referred.
The Chair asked the Council Auditor’s Office to explain why Item #3, ORD 2010-47, Approp $4,875,000 in Accumulated CDBG, SHIP & HOME Program Income…, was being substituted.
Janice Billy explained that as there were numerous changes in the amounts for the different programs, it made sense to combine all of the changes into a substitute bill.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:34 p.m.
