Council Member Crescimbeni asked Assistant Council Auditor Phillip Peterson to explain this bill.

There were a number of questions asked and concerns raised about the proposed legislation.

The Director of Planning & Development, Bill Killingsworth, gave his perspective on the bill at the request of the Chair.  The Chair felt that since there were numerous questions and concerns about the bill, he was deferring the bill.  The Chair suggested that Council Member Crescimbeni meet with Bill Killingsworth and Phillip Peterson to try and resolve some of the concerns raised.
