The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:29 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda.
The Chair indicated that Item #7, ORD 2010-794, Approp $1,200,000 in U.S. Dept of Energy’s Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant Funds to Assist JEA in Implementing Energy Efficiency & Conservation Strategies in Residential & Commercial Sectors…, is being deferred at the request of JEA.
The Chair wanted to know if Assistant General Counsel
Kristina Nelson and John Pappas, Public works Department, would be on hand to
address and field questions on Items # 9 & 10, Ordinances 2010-799 &
800, respectively that authorized approval of Subordination of Maintenance
Easemts for properties at
The Chair wanted to know if Assistant General Counsel Twayne Duckworth would be at the Committee meeting to address and field questions on the eminent domain settlement bill, ORD 2010-803.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 1:31 p.m.
