The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:29 p.m. and proceeded to review the agenda.
The Chair indicated that Twayne Duckworth, Office of General Counsel, would be at the Committee meeting to address any questions for Item #8, ORD 2010-718, Apv Eminent Domain Settlemt of $682,106.60 re Condemnation of Parcel 122 re Crystal Springs Proj in City of Jax v. Edward S. Elias, et al (Council Dist 12).
The Chair indicated that Vince Seibold would address any questions regarding Item #12, ORD 2010-728, Approp $5,000 from Environmental Protection Fund to the Tree Hill Nature Ctr for a Proj Engineering Design Audit of a Geothermal Heating & Cooling System & a Feasibility Study of using a Hawthorn Well rather than the Floridan Aquifer.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:31 p.m.
