Council Member Crescimbeni asked Public Works Real Estate Chief, Bob Williams, to compare and discuss the lease rates in the bill and to compare the rates with previous leases.  A discussion ensued on market rates and the feasibility of the City shopping around for better rates for rental spaces.  The question was raised as to why the court facilities at the Beach Ave campus were not being moved into the new court house under construction downtown.  The bill was reconsidered and deferred until questions raised in the course of the discourse were addressed and resolved.
