Jackson, Council Research Assistant.
The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:29 p.m.and proceeded to review the marked agenda provided by the Council Auditor’s Office.
On Item #3, ORD 2009-641, Closing & Abandoning Portion of Watts St., bet Rose St & McCoys Blvd, at Req of Miner Properties Jacksonville LTD, to Consolidate 2 Proptys of Owner on Each Side, Attorney Paige Johnston said that C/M Jones, in whose Council District the site is located, indicated that it was okay to move on this measure at today’s Committee meeting; the delay in acting on the bill in Committee stemmed from a zoning issue; the zoning issue would be resolved at Tuesday’s LUZ Committee meeting.
On Items #17 & 18, ORD 2010-529, Apv Settlemt of Eminent
