The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and proceeded to review the marked agenda provided by the Council Auditor’s Office. 

 

Noting that it had been on the agenda for nearly two years, the Chair inquired about the status of ORD 2008-758, Closing & Abandoning a Portion of Woodcrest Rd Right-of-Way bet Labelle St & Cassat Ave, at Req of Westside Toyota, to Consolidate Propty Ownership & Provide More Safety for Customers & Employees.  The sponsor, C/M Jones, is expected to have an additional meeting with parties before moving the measure.

 

On ORD 2010-332, Apv Fair Share Assessmt with Signature Land for “Biddy Parcel Commercial” Proj, Dylan Reingold indicated that he had met with the applicant and the applicant wishes to continue public hearings to August 16th.

 

The Chair inquired about ORD 2010-453, Apv Fair Share Assessmt with Leon Franklin Smith for “Duval Road Medical” Proj.  Randall Gallup, representing the applicant, explained the nature and status of the measure.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:35 p.m.
