Amendment

Requires the Department of Environmental and Compliance to maintain documentation supporting remediation of each parcel; provides for disposal of individual parcels only after remediation is complete or it is determined that no further remediation is required and has been approved by the EPA.

Clarifies inclusion of change orders in the amount of 10%; includes change orders resulting from errors and omissions.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment revises Exhibit 1, the legal description, and decreases the acreage of the Subject Property from 7.71 acres to 6.48 acres.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD written description dated November 1, 2011, and adds the following conditions to the PUD:  (1) Any increase in the size or height of any of the free standing signs shall require such sign to meet a minimum 10 foot setback from any right-of-way; (2) The front yard setback shall be a minimum of ten feet in width; and (3) There shall be no outdoor sale or service of any kind adjacent to the building in the southeast portion of the Subject Property depicted as 8116 Old Kings Road South on the site plan.

Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD site plan, dated October 10, 2011, and a revised PUD written description dated October 10, 2011, and adds the following conditions to the PUD:  (1) The Subject Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division memorandum dated September 21, 2011, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; and (2) Prior to verification of substantial compliance, the developer shall provide evidence to the Planning and Development Department that the St. Johns River Water Management District permit applications were provided by certified mail to the owners of record of 12656 Julington Pines Lane and 12667 Julington Pines Lane, Jacksonville, Florida, 32223.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following condition to the PUD:  (1) The Subject Property shall be developed and maintained in accordance with Part 12 (Landscape and Tree Protection Regulations) of the Zoning Code, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.  All required landscaping shall be installed prior to verification of substantial compliance with the PUD.

Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions to the PUD:  (1) The Subject Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated September 26, 2011, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; (2) The storage area(s) shall be completely enclosed on all sides by a fence, wall or landscaping screen that is six feet in height and 95 percent opaque; and (3) There shall be no junkyards on the Subject Property as defined in Section 656.1601 (Definitions), Zoning Code.  There shall be no repair of any kind on any vehicles on the Subject Property.

Corrects a scrivener’s error in the spelling of gubernatorial in the title; reflects that Section 5.03 of the Charter currently uses the term “Councilmen;” corrects citing of existing language of Section 6.01 of the Charter to reflect that the mayor shall have resided in and been a qualified elector of Duval County for at least 365 (rather than 65) consecutive days immediately before the date on which he or she qualifies to run for the office of mayor; fills blank with bill number to be used in referendum question (2011-654-E).
