Replaces title; removes sections authorizing contract execution, waiving Ordinance Code provisions, and providing oversight; repeals Ordinance 2010-872-E (agreement authorization and appropriation relative to Dinsmore Museum furniture and equipment purchase); appropriates $16,306 from a Dinsmore Park account to a Dinsmore Museum account; authorizes the Department of Recreation and Community Services to purchase furniture and equipment for the museum in the amount of $27,543.07 (additional funds from Old Kings Road Landfill Class III Mitigation appropriated in Ordinance 2007-453-E); provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (cost estimate).
