Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment grants the waiver subject to the following condition: (1) The roof sign shall be substantially consistent with the sign exhibit dated October 2010 provided in the application.

Amendment

Clarifies permission for the short selling of certain securities and investments by specifying the appropriate subsection of Florida Statutes (“215.47(15)” rather than “215.47”).

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated February 16, 2011, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; (2)            A bus shelter shall be provided and maintained on the subject property. At the time of verification of substantial compliance, plans shall be submitted which include the location and design of the bus shelter for review and approval by the Planning and Development Department and the Jacksonville Transportation Authority; (3)         The development shall meet Section 656.1216 of the Zoning Code; (4) There shall be no access to and from the subject property along the east property line; and (5) The maximum building height shall not exceed 60 feet.

Provides for appointment of Omayra Conner (rather than Eleanor W. Byrd); omits language making appointment and confirmation prospective to April 15, 2011.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment revises the list of RE numbers, incorporates a revised legal description for the subject property, revises the ownership to reflect Anderson Real Estate Holdings, LLC as the owner and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated March 10, 2011, except for comments 1 and 2 in the Memorandum, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; (2) A right turn deceleration lane shall be provided at the most northerly driveway, subject to review and approval by the Planning and Development Department; and (3)  Any drive-thru proposed for the CN or southern parcel, shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning and Development Department.

Amendment

Clarifies title by stating that the appropriated monies are continuation grant funding from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Replaces various references to “Section 8 housing vouchers” and “Section 8 vouchers” with references to “Section 8 Project Based Assistance;”  corrects the stated number of units (“400” rather than “200”); corrects scrivener’s errors by removing the word “the” in one sentence and adding the word “and” to another sentence.
