Amendment

(LUZ) Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates the PHS amendment and restricts the duration of a scrolling message to eight seconds with an eight second break between each message.

 

 

 

 

Amendment

(PHS) Amends Section 656.1601, Ordinance Code, to revise the definition of “changing message device” to be consistent with the definition change proposed under this current legislation.

Amendment

Per OGC, the Amendment grants the waiver subject to the following conditions: (1) The access way to the Subject Property shall be 25 feet wide and maintained as a stabilized travel surface that does not alter the existing drainage patterns, subject to the review and approval of the Planning and Development Department.  The access way shall be improved to meet this requirement within 12 months of the granting of a permit for the residence; (2) The access way to the Subject Property shall be named and a street sign placed at the intersection with 103rd Street, subject to the review and approval of the Planning and Development Department; (3) The address for the Subject Property shall be clearly identified on 103rd Street, subject to the review and approval of the Planning and Development Department; and (4) The Subject Property shall not be further subdivided.

Substitute

Authorizes execution of a First Amendment to the Agreement with Greenscape of Jacksonville, Inc., for funding to manage and oversee the Roosevelt tree planting project; attaches said First Amendment as Exhibit 4, which reflects the cost savings and establishes the completion date of September, 2014; amends 2009-468-E to capture cost savings; attaches as Exhibit 3 the scope of work for tree planting on Roosevelt Boulevard from McDuff Avenue to Park Street (Phase 1); provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (Scope of Tree Planting - Roosevelt Boulevard:  Park Street to Timuquana Road); revises statement of purpose to reflect changes; provides for a Revised Exhibit 2 (CIP amendment); includes reference to Revised Exhibit 1 in Procurement directive.

Increases appropriated amount from $1,500 to $2,046; provides for a Revised Exhibit 1 (amended BT) to update the overtime amount to $2,046.

Reflects that the Public Service Grant Council is responsible for “making funding recommendations for” (rather than “the distribution of”) public service grant appropriations.
